Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify top talent for open positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and company culture.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Attend local industry networking events to expand our reach.
- Update candidate and client data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting goals.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for client site visits).
