Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media
- Conduct engaging phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers across various industries
- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems with precision
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all parties
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with compelling recommendations
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth placement transitions

Qualifications
