Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide market insights.
- Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement: Manage the full life-cycle of the placement, from negotiation to onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Long Beach and the broader Southern California market.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in sales or customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Diligence: High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a hunger to exceed targets and achieve results.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
