Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Interview Process: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement Support: Guide candidates through the interview process, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly updates on pipeline activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales within the technical sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence and negotiate.
- Tools: Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Long Beach office or hybrid model.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
