Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across IT, engineering, and digital roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from screening to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to track candidate pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies including passive talent outreach
- Conduct technical interviews and skill assessments
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable recruitment insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record placing candidates in IT, software development, or engineering roles
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, cloud platforms, and DevOps
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment projects simultaneously
- Relevant certifications (CERS, CSP) preferred
