Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for diverse client portfolios
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and opportunities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in Illinois market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Strong network of candidates and industry professionals
- Expertise in candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license (client site visits required)
