Responsibilities
- Screen and review resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and personality.
- Assist in the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Research and identify new talent pools within the local market.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
