Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process for various industries including healthcare, logistics, and administrative support.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, reference checks, and telephone interviews.
- Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with precision.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand open requirements and match top talent.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to sharpen recruitment skills.
Qualifications
