Responsibilities
- Screen and review resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through networking and social media.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Place candidates in temporary and permanent positions within our client network.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to the Nashville, TN area.
