As a Staffing Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between our clients and the best talent in the region. You will work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your efforts directly contribute to our company's success.
Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and culture.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Placement Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement, from offer negotiation to onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends to stay competitive and provide insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior recruiting or sales experience required—we provide the training.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attributes: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
- Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.
