Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates via various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for clients and candidates efficiently.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Conduct market research to identify new recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to meet monthly and quarterly placement goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
