Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and assess potential candidates to match them with open positions.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with current candidate information.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct market research to identify new recruitment strategies and talent pools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A self-starter attitude with a drive to learn and succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
