Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client roles using job boards, social media, and networking
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers via phone/email
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system and update job postings
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates and client satisfaction follow-ups
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to sharpen industry knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM/ATS platforms
- Strong organizational abilities with multitasking capacity in fast-paced environments
