Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume clients in Philadelphia metro area
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms
- Build and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers and C-suite executives
- Lead candidate assessment processes including technical screenings and behavioral interviews
- Drive contract-to-hire conversions with 95% client retention rate
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency
- Mentor junior recruiters on market trends and negotiation techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years in staffing/recruitment with 2+ years in agency environment
- Proven success placing technical, clinical, or executive roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) required
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent HR credentials preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to consult at executive level
- Portfolio demonstrating $500K+ annual placement volume
