Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across Austin's key industries
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews using ATS platforms like Greenhouse and Lever
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for temporary, contract, and direct-hire roles
- Collaborate with clients to refine job descriptions and candidate requirements
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages while adhering to labor regulations
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies for niche talent identification
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment funnels for maximum fill rates
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting/staffing experience (agency or corporate)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Strong network within Austin's tech/startup community preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP certification a plus
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends
