- Develop strategic partnerships with 50+ Memphis-based companies including FedEx, St. Jude, and AutoZone
- Lead contract-to-hire and direct placement assignments with $500K+ annual portfolios
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and performance tracking
- Mentor junior recruiters while driving team revenue growth targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate or agency recruitment with proven $500K+ placement volume
- Deep network within Memphis's professional community and industry associations
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM platforms
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills for complex contract negotiations
- Track record of placing candidates in high-growth Memphis industries
- Ability to travel 15% for client meetings and industry conferences
- Valid Tennessee driver's license required
