Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and documentation
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with local job seekers
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Contribute to recruitment reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
