As a Staffing Associate, you will be the face of our agency, helping local businesses find the talent they need while building your own professional network.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
- Review resumes and match applicant skills to open job requisitions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for our client base.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
