Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Screen applicants to assess qualifications, skills, and availability for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent within our applicant tracking system.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associateās or Bachelorās degree preferred.
- No prior recruitment experience requiredātraining is provided.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
