Responsibilities
- Conduct initial candidate phone screenings to assess qualifications and career goals.
- Manage and update candidate databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Research and identify potential job opportunities within our partner network.
- Prepare candidate profiles and provide feedback to senior recruiters.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitor candidate applications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
