Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and contract positions
- Match qualified candidates with client job requirements
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess skills and fit
- Update applicant tracking system with candidate information
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track staffing metrics and report weekly performance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for occasional client visits)
