Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume sourcing of candidates through social media, job boards, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to match candidates with open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for future hiring needs.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelorβs degree is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
