As a Recruitment Associate, you will be the face of our agency, connecting top talent with leading companies across Ohio. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where your communication skills and drive will directly impact your success and the success of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various job boards and social media platforms to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Client Relations: Maintain professional relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Tools: Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software (we provide training).
- Attitude: A self-motivated mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
