Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking platforms
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates with precision
- Manage applicant tracking system data entry and candidate documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Assist with job posting optimization and employer branding initiatives
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and skill evaluations
- Support recruitment analytics reporting and process improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
