Your Mission
You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions ranging from Software Engineering to Data Science.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles using a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates within the IT sector.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage client relationships to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent solutions.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track candidate progress and metrics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical staffing or in-house recruiting.
- Proven ability to source and close hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Bullhorn or Salesforce.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel for client meetings.
