Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for AI, cloud, and cybersecurity roles across 50+ client partners
- Develop and maintain strategic pipelines of passive candidates through targeted sourcing techniques
- Lead client consultations to define technical requirements and optimize hiring strategies
- Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics to improve conversion rates
- Mentor junior recruiters on technical screening methodologies and market intelligence
- Collaborate with marketing team to create employer branding campaigns for key accounts
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or cybersecurity focus
- Proven track record of placing specialized engineers across Georgia's tech ecosystem
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Deep understanding of Georgia's tech talent landscape including Atlanta's startup scene
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 20+ successful placements in technical roles
