Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Managing full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive industries
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and ensure compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with proven track record in El Paso market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn) and recruitment analytics
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
