As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment lifecycle, working directly with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and preparing offer letters.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We provide full training and mentorship.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
