Responsibilities
- Screen and source qualified candidates using applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and clients
- Update candidate profiles in ATS databases with accurate documentation
- Assist with job postings and social media recruitment campaigns
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruiting or administrative experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Illinois driver's license for occasional client meetings
