Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain seamless communication between candidates and clients
- Update and manage applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate information
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies for client partners
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team performance reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer service role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving and time management skills
- Genuine interest in building long-term professional relationships
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
