The Role

As an Entry-Level Recruiting Associate, you will be the face of our agency. Your primary focus will be sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will play a crucial role in helping businesses fill their open positions with the best talent.

Responsibilities

  • Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify top talent for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Research potential job openings and cold call to build a pipeline of candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining client relationships.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and performance goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus but not mandatory.
  • No prior recruiting or HR experience required—we will teach you everything you need to know.
