Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and networking to identify and engage qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen Resumes: Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings to match candidates to client needs.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Build Pipelines: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure consistent hiring for our clients.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on candidate progress.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive advice to candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruitment experience required. We value potential and willingness to learn.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
