Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using job boards and social media
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system databases
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing materials
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates
- Support team with administrative tasks and reporting
Qualifications
