Responsibilities
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone and video to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from resume review and interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
- Update candidate information accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Assist with onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed daily and monthly targets.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and network with diverse populations.
