Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job applicants through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
