Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and match them with open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software (ATS).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and possess a strong desire to hit monthly sales targets.
