Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking platforms
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data with 100% accuracy
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and performance analytics
- Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier candidates and key clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- 1-2 years of internship or part-time recruiting experience preferred
