Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local Detroit businesses and industry partners.
- Update and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about the staffing industry.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
