Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach to potential candidates via phone and email to build a talent pipeline.
- Screen and interview applicants to assess skills and match them with open client positions.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand specific client requirements and job specifications.
- Assist in organizing and participating in local Miami networking events and job fairs.
- Update candidate and client databases accurately and in a timely manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and recruitment software.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
