Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and clients
- Assist with onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate placement experiences
- Participate in recruitment events and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
