- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles

- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent solutions

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of Mesa's business landscape
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
