Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in NYC market
- Proven success in closing technical and executive-level roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong network of active candidates and industry professionals
- Ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional time management
- Metrics-driven approach with demonstrated KPI achievement
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
