- Manage full-cycle recruitment from pipeline development to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
- Maintain ATS compliance and data integrity across applicant tracking systems
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in technical assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent in competitive markets
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, Java, AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Certified in modern sourcing tools (Boolean strings, X-Ray, SeekOut)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive-level communication skills
- Track record of closing 50+ technical placements annually
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
