- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 and local enterprises
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess cultural fit for client organizations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from offer to onboarding with 95% placement retention
- Analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency or corporate recruiting with proven track record
- Expertise in niche markets: IT, healthcare, or creative industries preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
