Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and outbound outreach to identify qualified candidates for open roles.
- Screen applicants via phone and video calls to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and update candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive and active job seekers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is preferred.
- A high level of integrity, resilience, and a proven drive to succeed in a sales environment.
