Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify and source potential candidates for various open positions.
- Screen resumes and applications to match client requirements and candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new placements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
