Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to identify passive and active job seekers.
- Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Placement: Guide candidates through the interview process and facilitate the offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and market conditions in the Oakland and East Bay area.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required—we provide full training!
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Dedication: A strong work ethic, resilience, and a desire to hit daily and weekly targets.
- Tools: Comfortable navigating computer systems and CRM software.
