Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for night shift positions in manufacturing, warehousing, and healthcare
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Build relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and industry trends
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth transition into night shift roles
- Analyze staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for after-hours placements
- Collaborate with day shift recruiters to maintain 24/7 coverage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with night shift focus
- Proven track record placing candidates in manufacturing, logistics, or healthcare
- Exceptional communication skills with availability during evening hours
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of Virginia Beach's labor market dynamics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
