As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships with candidates and clients alike. We offer comprehensive training, a supportive mentorship program, and uncapped commission opportunities for high performers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct hire roles.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track pipeline progress and ensure accurate data entry.
- Network and source passive candidates through social media platforms and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for key client accounts.
- Represent Metro Talent Solutions at job fairs and community events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
