Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen & Interview: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage Pipeline: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing updates.
- Place Talent: Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process to ensure successful placements.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Location: Must reside in or near Tucson, AZ.
